All of the jewellery shown on this blog is hand made. I have a general policy to not knowingly duplicate a design, although in some cases the differences may be subtle, eg a different bead or decorative addition or a different colour chain etc.
I will undertake commissions provided the deadline gives me sufficient time.
I will include your own beads/stones etc in pieces if you wish. I cannot guarantee that all stones will be suitable for my designs but if not I will return them to you with a finished item which incorporates similar colours.
Orders will be sent in the post upon receipt of cleared funds. Postage costs are included in the price of the jewellery. Payment is accepted by cheque, postal order or cash if collecting jewellery (please do not send cash in the post).
Generally speaking, since profits are being donated to charity, no refunds are available. However, if you have any difficulty with a piece of jewellery purchased please contact me since often items can be repaired. Replacement is entirely at my discretion.
